Default Want to borrow a tuner

Anyone live in Louisiana that can let me borrow a Hypertech or Preadator tuner? I am looking to make an adjutment for my gear swap and bump my timing. All the mods you see have been done in the last 2 months since I purchased the car and I am running a little short on cash. Thanks guys.

My local speed shop said they are not tied to a single VIN. GM's are, but the Ford's are not. Is he wrong?

Maybe the stuff that dealers/tuners have is not VIN locked, but the Predators that normal people like me can buy are VIN locked. I can read and clear your fault codes with my Predator but I can't tweak your tune.
