GM's SyncroMesh VS Royal Purple

Which fluid for my T45? Anyone have any stories about one or both of them? I used Royal Purple the last time I drained and filled my trans. I hear putting the SyncroMesh is also a good idea. Thanks...

I'm honestly all for the syncromesh in your tranny, but for rear end i'm a royal purple guy all the time.
