I should have my king cobra clutch by wednesday and thought that it would also be a good time to use some high quality transmission fluid. I was thinking about using royal purple synchromax or redline mt-90, will these work for a manual t-45??? how many quarts do I need? what type of fluid are you using?

def go with the Royal Purple Syncromax... I think i put 4 quarts in mine.

so synchromax is ok in a manual transmission???
