Need help with cam and heads
This is the first time I am trying to build an engine. I have a mechanic to help but want advice from fellow stang lovers. I upgraded my plentum to 100cfm over stock, 75mm tb, cold air intake, bbk shorty headers, and a bbk off road x-pipe. I now want to switch my heads and cams. As far as heads go I was told to do the PI swap. Cams I am clueless, comp vt ? What other engine work do I need to do to support them? Please help.

what year is you car. if it is a 96-98 you need a pi swap. that is the pi heads(get them port and polished if you can), cams ( i would go the vt stage 1 or 2), and the pi intake. also i would get rid of those shorty headers and get some long tubes. you will see lots of power out of the swap
