i have heard that if your 3rd brake light on the fin isnt working then your cc won't work thats what was wrong with my brother 's f-150

I have an 01 auto. there is no cc light at least i have never seen one even when I do the bulb test. but my cc works

Same here guys my cruise control only works when it wants to. By the time it does finally work I dont need it anymore.

my CC works fine in my 03 GT. I'm pretty sure there is no CC light in any models (don't kno about 2005+ models tho).

the coast button is like a temporary chill for CC i think, it turns it off. the middle button (cruise, on, whatever it is [coast is the third button down i remember that]) is what you wanna press (the raised button on the left side of steeringwheel to turn CC on, then the raised button on right [middle button]). mine has no light and works perfect as long as im above 25 mph. i can hit CC in 4th at 30mph and it works (5sp).

You have to be above 25mph and you can use it at pretty much any RPM. It may shut off if you go too low but I have had it on just over 1000rpms and it just bogs and really gives it gas trying to go.
