This morning as I turned on my 02 gt I heard this wierd sound and wanted to shut of on me. I didnt think much of it because the same thing happened yesterday and it went away in a couple of seconds. I turned on the A/C and my revolutions went down to 500 wanting to shut of on me completely ,so I tuned it off(A/c) and gave it a little bit of gas and went back to normal. ANy idea what this might be?

no nor has it ever turned on..do you think it could be the fact that i have no back pressure due to my straight pipes..idk im a noob about most of this so its just my guess

Hmmm idk man, maybe a bad mix of gas. I would run some fuel injector cleaner through your system. Basically go until your car is on E, put the cleaner in the fill your tank up with gas.

I have a 2003 gt that is doing similar and was told it was the ac system, I checked it out and looks to make sense, my ac stopped blowing cold air just a couple of days ago and when I opened the hood to watch the ac compressor it is in a constant cycle of turning on for about 2 seconds then off for 2 seconds, constantly changing the load on the engine and cycling the rpms.

Im going to get it recharged in the next couple of days and see if it fixs the problem

try taking your belt off and see if the compressor is starting to go bad.
