Default What to expect...

Ok, Im a newbie here so please bare with me. I recently picked up a '98 cobra with the following mods: BBK cold air intake, BBK subframe connectors, Steeda timing adjuster, Xpipe w/flowmasters, rear upper and lower adjustable control arms, aluminum driveshaft, KYB struts, Eibach lowering kit, and 4:10s in the rear. I took it to the track and ran very low 13s with it. I havent had it on a dyno so I dont know how much hp its making at the rear wheels. So im thinking of a power adder, s/c or nitrous? How much can i expect to gain with a supercharger or NOS? Will it put me in the low 12's?

You might have around 280ish rwhp would be my guess. Yes, with Nitrous or a S/C you can definitely run low 12's or better assuming you can drive and have the tires and suspension work to hook up.

You said you already have subframe connectors and uppers and lowers c/a so thats a good start right there.

I had good luck with the diablo, but my buddies say the SCT is a good choice too

Don't bother with that, once you get a s/c or nitrous, along with whatever other mods you do, go get it dyno tuned for the best / safest results.

with my vortech i made 397 rwhp..so considereing you have a 4v at 10 psi id put you somewhere between 420 and 440 rwhp. yea and please dont do a chip. they are all crap. get the blower/nitrous, then get it dyno tuned, then have fun. those chips are just straight up crap. the next best thing to dyno tuning is a handheld tuner but that still doesnt compare to dyno tuning.
