Default TOB?

Hey everyone, I recently took a 600 mile road trip over spring break and halfway during the tripI noticed my clutch pedal was vibrating whenI push it in.It never did this before andsince then the vibrating has become progressivly worse. I have noticed that chirping noise in the pastwhich i read about on here coming from under the car. So I think it could be the throw out bearing? But im not sure the car shifts and drives perfectly fineall except for thevibrations from the pedal. Also is it worth it to replace just the tob since my clutch and everything is fine. Or would it be alright to drive like this for awhile?

You must take the whole tranny out to get to the TOB and would be word to the wise to change everything! You can pull off your linkage cover and squirt some High temp lithium grease on the bearing for now. It is a sealed unit and there is no repair once they go, but atleast you can calm it down for a little while until it ghets replace! Just becareful not to glob it up too much because those parts do totate and you wouldn't want that stuff to get into your friction disc!!!!! I think you may even beable to put some on your finger and get up in there if you pul the cable off (disconnect from the pedal..very easy just lift up and cable comes right off) When you are done pul the pedal up to it's highest point and it will reset itself for adjustment

This really sucks too for the most partI baby the car and it only has 27,000 miles on it. You would think it would last longer than that especially since I plan on selling the car within the next few months to get a terminator.Bad luck I suppose.I guess im going to have to cough up the money for the everything eventually I might as well do it sooner rather than later and I definatly dont want to sell someone the car with it having a problem. But thanks for the info i'll give that a try to calm it down for now
