RE: 2v v.s 5.0
You'll need more than just the motor if you drop a 5.0 in it. The T-45 trannywon't bolt directly to the 5.0 and you'll need a harness from a 94-95 GT. If you can swing all that then the 5.0 would be a much better platform to mod. You see greater gains from it thatn you will a 2v.

I't be a fun project if you have money to "burn".. because the end result might not be easy to sell for anywhere near the $'s you put into it.. unless of course you plan to keep the car forever lol

if you have $8000 i wouldn't go with the 2v or 5.0, the 4v swap is rather simple and you should easily have enough money after buying the motor and building it up. or just buy all the pieces and put it together yourself and have it all built up

carbed stroker motor.
i just like seeing fuelie cars being converted over to a big carb set up. its a bit of a bitch but if you go sorta race style with it, cleaner engine bay and less hassle for fixing ****. since we converted my buddies camaro to a carbed set up we can swap motor and trans in a damn quick amount of time.
