You want to nail this kid? keep talking to his girlfriend.. bate him. Let him think that you dont know who really hurt your car. **** him off till he does it again. but get it on tape. confront him while hes doing it. and get in his face. In the eyes of the law they would be sympathetic to you and you could use the excuse "you were in a fit of rage and not thinking clearly" to beat his *** to the ground.

I would **** him off more. Kids and vandalism dont get more then a slap on the wrist. get him to assault you. And if you truelly can kick his *** then beat the living hell out of him. best of both worlds. of course this might count as "entrapment" but im no lawyer.

good point but im sure by now he knows i know he did it and is ganna be a battle to get it out of him but i have every intention to get as much as i can out of him ... start by asking for my money or see you in court type of thing
