Default what can i do?

to explain to my friend that a CAI is completely worthless and does abolutly nothing more than a paper filter, i feel like i've tried everything...[&o]

Bring him to a dyno. Bet him that if he gains poweryou pay for the dyno pulls and if he gains no power he pays for his pulls and yours.

Actually it depends upon the car.
For the 05+ cars, a CAI makes a huge difference which is why most of them REQUIRE a tune.

For the 99+ 2V cars it seems like looks only.

Actually it depends upon the car.
For the 05+ cars, a CAI makes a huge difference which is why most of them REQUIRE a tune.

For the 99+ 2V cars it seems like looks only.

+1, it really depends on the car. And really the main reason it makes sucha difference on the 05+ is that stupid vapor trap that ford installed, its very restrictive.
