For the 05+ cars, a CAI makes a huge difference which is why most of them REQUIRE a tune.
For the 99+ 2V cars it seems like looks only.

For the 05+ cars, a CAI makes a huge difference which is why most of them REQUIRE a tune.
For the 99+ 2V cars it seems like looks only.
