what is wrong?

RE: what is wrong?
Is this a new, just assembled short/long block. Could it still be in gear, have someone hold the clutch pedal down while turning it over. The only time I have ever seen this before was when a newbie installed a Cobra crank in a 2V block and didn't machine the center main bulkhead for counterweight clearance. I still to this day can't figure out how he even got it assembled without turning the crank, but he did, good luck.
