RE: WORTH IT?????????
well yea im sure that might be a "good deal", if he was buying the car straight up- but not when you factor in that he has a 2001 that he still owes money on im sure and that he would have to trade that in after taking all mods off it and then he would have to take the negative equity and tack it onto the price of Mach 1 not to mention the money that was spent on performance mods that prolly wont work with the mach, and then adding 3 more years of car payments to a car that if originally bought in 2001 prolly only has 1 or 2 more years, yea it sounds like a great idea [sm=badidea.gif]

Hey DILO2001GT, What your current situation with your car now? Is it financed? Loan?

RE: WORTH IT?????????
I have a loan on it now. The reason for me wanting the Mach 1 is that...
1.) its a 5 speed and i want to get rid of my auto
2.) its a 40th anniversary
3.) its quicker and i love the shaker hood scoop
4.) its a 32 valve as opposed to a 16 valve
5.) i now this kid with aa 03' Mach 1 and he has 4.10's and longtubes and is beating LS1 by a cars length and a half, the GT will take alot more to make it that quick plus performance mods are more responsive to a 32 valve
My car now has full exhaust,4.10's,CAI,Radials. I'm pretty sure the exhaust won't work for the MACH 1 but the Nittos and 4.10's will so I would be hoping to have a low 13 second car just by the trade in and it would cost me very little to do so. I'm saying about 22,000 after all is said and done.

RE: WORTH IT?????????
If you don't owe alot then it might be worth it.
I also agree with yellowstang98, it would be a better deal if you were buying it straight up.
OUZBnd is right too, 15,000 is alot of miles for an '04.
So I guess it comes down to you and what you really want. Good Luck!
