i learned to drive a stick in a porsche 911. it was hard at first but i got it down in a day. its like riding a bike, once you get it one time, youll never forget.

If your learning on his car, heres a tip, just rev the motor to like 4krpms, put it in first, and just drop the clutch and floor the gas and hold it.

i first learned how to drive stick in a dodge dakota and that clutch was hell!!!! but you get used to it... let me ask you a question though when you engage the clutch is your foot completely in the air or is kinda sliding along the floor. b/c if it is in the air that is prolly why you keep dumping the clutch, try and slowly ease the clutch out and let your heel kinda rub against the floor and that **** help. girls that drive stick, or motorcycles rock!

i used to have a 2001 Wrangler and if that clutch is anything like your boyfriends then that is way different than a mustang, there isnt nearly as much torque or hp, its the same basic idea but the cars drive completely different. i let my girlfriend shift the gears when we are going SLOW and thats about all

yea i let her try to drive the 5.0 and those are hella torqey in first gear and with the harder clutch pedal.... dear god lets just not relive that memory
