Default FRONT CA BOLT

need some ideas... Replacing a front control arm that was damaged/bent. One of the bolts that slides through the bushing is seized(the nut came off but the bolt is stuck in the bushing). Impact wrench wont get that sucker out... Can't get a good angle b/c of the C.A. to try to pound it out. I sprayed the hell out of it w/ rust eater and am letting it soak now. If this doesn't come out i guess i'll have to cut it out,

Does anybody know if those things are hardened?(might have to use the sawz-all).

any other ideas?
