Ported heads on a 98 would be better. The reason people swap for the 03/04 cobra motor when they already have a cobra is the supercharger and forged internals. The heads arent that much better than yours, and definatly wouldnt be better than yours if you ported them...

However.. what mods do you have done to the vehicle? The heads arent all that restrictive in stock form on the 4v's.. you might be better off spending that cash somewhere else on the car (like the weak *** rods/pistons)

03/04 cobra heads are slightly better than urs but for the money u would be better off just porting ur stock heads. than i would do as that guy^^^ said, replace the rods and pistons than turbo the hell out of it. lol
