Default 15 inch vs 17 inch

ok i ordered my mickey thompson ET streets and am puttin them on my 17 inch rims. Are they gonna hook up as well as i want them to? Cuz i remember ppl tellin me to go with a 15 inch rim and i dont have the money for that so i bought the 17's. Am i gonna be happy with them?

not as good as a 15" slick but they should hold your car just fine.
