Default CNC V. Patriot

I had thought about buying the patriot stage II heads, but Iemailed CNC the other day and spoke with a rep that said they could portthe stockheads off my 02 for $795. Of course I will need to buy valve springs etc...., but do you guys think this is a good way to go? I don't know if Ireally want to go that route or just upgrade my cams. Give me your ideas.

Default RE: CNC V. Patriot

Your sig says you have an 02 GT correct? When i did all the research for the Patriot heads for mine (2000) i found that they bolt right on (mine being a windsor). Im pretty sure with yours being an 02 it would be a Romeo...and according to MM & FF magazine you need different valve covers (truck style) and certain timing cover bolts and studs so thats something you might want to consider with your expenses in that swap (not sure how true that is its just some things i dug up on the internet). I just got mine back from the garage and I'm pretty satisfied with the performance of them....probably would be better if i had a full exhaust system to play with but overall im satisfied. All depends how much you wanna spend.
