Default painting question

I have a bunnnch of chips in my paint on my door and some on the hood. I tried using that touch up paint from Ford and it doesn't look good at all. I have a Mineral Gray car and i got the mineral gray but maybe my paint has faded cuz it looks darker and just doesn't cover it up very well. I haven't called any shops, but just trying to get some estimates of what it would cost to match my paint perfect and cover up any signs of scratches and chips in my door and hood, like PERFECT.

Thanks all.

My car is doing the same. I have a different color green from the fenders up to the front bumper. It looks really noticeable and like **** in the day light. My hood is all chipped up too. I got quoted to pain both fenders faded into the doors, the hood, and the front bumper. They wanted 825 because they were removing the bumper and the hood. Hope that helps.

Thanks. gah thats almost everything i've got saved up for my car fund right now. Maybe I should just wait and keep spending on performance. I really messed up my door bad chipping ice. (I live in Texas, I'm a total noob especially when it iced) I should have just did my windows, but I couldn't get into my car because the door was iced shut. I bet there are other methods, but eh oh well. Maybe spending 600-1000 is worth it, because if it makes me happy thats all that counts, I really hate looking at it, seeing all the chips all over. I want it to be clean.
