went for a ride today in my 2000 gt and this clicking noise started ... all that happend with driving it is it got worse . the faster the engine runs the louder and fast it clicks ... at a loss of what it could be please any ideas???

that started happening to me.. turns out something wrong with rockers or camshaft -cant remember

Possible spun rod bearing... exaust leak... bent rod... etc. if it gets worse quickly, check your dipstick for metal fragments... if there are metal fragments you got yerself a spun rod bearing!
