Default Car trouble

I have a 2000 GT mustang with ABS and traction control for reference.

Ok yesterday I noticed a scraping noise (it sounds like metal rubbing and I can only hear the sound bounces ofobject backin the window)coming from my front right side (could be the back right side, but not likely) of the car, today I woke up went to my car and looked at my rotor and brake pad to find out they look fine, I dont have any deep lines or and thing in the rotor and the pads are eithervery good or very bad, if there isnt a huge metal pad holding the brakes I'm good, but if there is a big metal chuck attached to the pad thenthey arevery bad and I know what the problem is. Also is there any other problems I should be looking into?

Default RE: Car trouble

grammar>you

did you actually feel the rotor both front and back? did you visually inspect the pads to see how much material was left?
