SCT or Diablo? Does it matter if you are getting it dyno tuned?

SCT or Diablo? Does it matter if you are getting it dyno tuned?
I am planning on getting a flip chip andmy car dyno tuned after I get all the stuff in my sig installed. Does it matter if the shop uses SCT or Diablo?

Yea, here is a link. I want the SCT one because of the coin holder bezel you can buy from americanmuscle. But the shop I want to take it to uses Diablo.
