procharger intercooler
k guys i'm looking at doing a DIY intercooler but i dunno how to route the pipes and such. If anyone knows how and has a pic or something on how to do this i would appreciate it greatly! Also Does anyone know the dimensions of the 3 core intercooler procharger uses? I know there isnt alot of room in the stock gt bumper and i figured if i copy ati's as close as possible it'd be easier

RE: procharger intercooler
post this is Pipes, Boost, and Juice. i know Nanaki was looking into it and had called Procharger regarding pricing on piping and such. post there or shoot him a pm or something, hes probably the most knowledgeable on this.

dont have tha auction #'s sorry. One mistake i made was getting 2.5 piping. It is restricting boost so im making 7 psi with a 3.1 pulley instead of 10psi like the paxton intercooler guys make. buy 3 inch universal polished piping with couplers. and i got a 24x12x3 intercooler with 2.5 inlets. get the 3" inlets not the 2.5 on the core. i will post pics next week when i get my camera. its not an easy project. you need to cut a hole in the body of the car next to the powerpipe to run the cold side of the piping. the piping from the blower just goes down into the fender and wraps around. i had to relocate powersteering lines to mount the core. its a cxracing intercooler. try cxracing.com. if u have any more question feel free to ask. Go to the thread dyi intercooler project. I did mine the same as his and he has pics
