Default Heads/Cams/Tune

A couple days ago a spark plug blew up and managed to strip the threading for it. The choices I have been given are basically get a new head for it or heli coil it. I am just gonna use this as an excuse to mod my baby a bit more. From using the search function it looks like VT ports new heads well with good flow and to stay away from patriot. How much would it run me to get those VT heads, a good set of cams, and a tune and would that realy get me around 300 to the wheels? Also, I may just sneak in a set of long tubes for ****s.

If you do the LTs (and midpipe that will be required) with ported heads and cams I can see you making 300 WHP. The intake boltons don't really do THAT much until you go FI.
