Default 12.35 MPG Normal? Please chime in!

Hey everyone I'm not one to worry much about MPG (my bronco gets 5-6 460 38in tires 4.88 gears etc) but is it normal for a 2004 GT with 28k miles on it to get so little? I mean even if i did some aggressive driving a few days and stop and go and drive thrus and little to no highway shouldn't i still be in the 14's? List of my mods,
Mac's O/R H
Flow 40 Weldin's
Air Silencer Removed K&N drop in
4.10 FRPP Gear (Recaled with SCT Xcal 2)
315's Rear 235's front
Brent's 93 Octane Tune for the listed mods.

How many miles ya got? Maybe it's time for a tuneup. Also tire pressure, and driving habits can dictate your mileage.

EDIT: I see you got 28k miles, I would def. get a tuneup. Fuel filter, air filter, plugs, fuel cleaner, etc.

I don't think it's normal but I get about the same with all the mods . without mods I used to get 18 - 25 mpg.

my foots alittle heavy i guess,I mostly take off in second gear and shift 2500-3000 some times i go over when i want to get around quicker. as far as tune up everything should of been done before i bought the car at 20k but i will be doing so when i hit 30k so it should help some. Maybe i got a leak I don't hear?

there are a bunch of factors that could be contributing, your gears especially if its stop and go whether youre running the A/C the time youre driving, how hard do you get on it or do you redline the stang and how much highway driving you do with those 4.10s i wasaveraging about 14-15 with my 4.10s

that's why i would figure at least14MPG the way i drive never ever redline shift at 4k max I'm going to to run the tank down again and see how much I get then I'll take the tune off and see the difference i guess.

P.S the s197 gets 14-15 MPG by what it says on the screen and it's stock other then intake (heavy foot it's an auto i guess)
