Default Transmission Fluid

Whats up guys... I have a 97 GT and I was wondering what type of transmission fluid to put in it?? I haven only had the thing about a month now and I can feel a slight jerk when Im down shifting into 1st and 2nd while my foot i all the way down on the clutch... Im guessing its just the clutch going out in it but I dunno.. but anyway what type of transmission fluid do you guys use??
