I tried a oil seperator but the oil still makes its way through would an oil catch can be a better option? if i disconnect the hose from the valve cover it just steams like a tea pot. sounds like some bad gaskets or rings, usual cause for oil appearing in unusual places, id start there. are you burning any oil off out the exhaust?

What its doing is your valves are splashing the oil around and its collectingin the hose from the valve cover to the inlet tubeand the S/c is sucking it through to the t/b. Just about every aftermarket supercharger will make you car do this. How's your oil level? The steam that is coming out is probably caused by blow-by,just about every ford that comes out will have a some blow-by, but if you have a lot of steamthat is usually caused by supercharger or turbo applicationwhen your running high boost. Just keep an eye on your oil level and you should be all right.

It is normal mine does the same thing. I was told you can get a oil separator if it is a lot of oil..

Make your own oil seperator for about twenty bucks from Home Depot!

just about everyone s/c'ed has this same problem. Its nasty on mine too. Does anyone notice a swirling pattern to oil in there? It looks like it was slung from the impeller but theres no oil spitting from it. A swirling pattern all the way down the powerpipe. Oil in the intake charge increases the chance of detonation. Make sure you use reinforced braided stainless lines on the catch can setup. Itll suck those rubber hoses completely shut.

I rigged one up with an aircompressor oil/water filter, works great!
It is a common thing with either twin screw or centri.
