Default cutting springs

Hey i got the ford racing springs and it didnt lower my car enough...according to most of the people on this site, and i agree as well. Does anyone know how much of the spring to cut to lower the car another .75-1 inches? and is this safe for you car and everything?

I was thinking about doing it but I have heard by 2 different mechanics that it doesn't work even if you take the same off of each spring the car will sit wierd and settle funny. All in all they said just spend the money on new springs. You will get a better spring and the same drop all around with better handling.

P.S. I love the look of the black Saleens on your black stang. Looks sorta evil in a good way.

are you looking to go lower in the back. I have the C springs and they have a dead coil on the rears that is meant to be cut. that coil should put you where you want to be.
