Cleaning K&N filter

For those of you that have cleaned your K&N filters before, how long did it take for it to dry once you rinsed the cleaner off? Mine is well beyond several hours, and still not completely dry yet...

If you leave it outside, the wind might help speed up the process. But make sure it's COMPLETELY dry before you put it back on. It should take more than a few hours. And don't do anything like use a blow dryer to speed up the process. That could damage the filter.

Yes, I cleaned it last night at about 6 PM...still today at 11AM it is not quite dry yet. Oh well, still a great filter though.

As long as it's not soaking wet just oil it up and stick it on the car, it will work fine and be dry in 2-3 miles...
