alright some guy in a mitsubishi 3000gt said he wants to race me...i accepted the challenge.....his car is stock and so is mine. I have the anniversary edition gt mustang 2004. His is manual and mine is automatic. can i take this guy on? or should i call off the race.

First u definately need to find out if his 3000GT is twin turbo. if it is He can smoke u. If it is not a TT then u could probably beat him depending on shifting etc. cuz u have to remember that a 6spd maual is also a very big advantage over a 4spd auto. It could be pretty close if it is an SL. Back out now if it is a TT.

what year is it? if it is TT the year will show how badly he will beat you They were origionally 280 hp, but then jumped to like 320 HP and they have AWD. If it is the SL, take him on.

Sure, run him, what could happen...you may lose? But stock for stock, you'll take him. I mean, if he's quicker, or you mess up driving (both are a factor for me, haha), what's the worse that could happen, bruise your ego, haha. I mean, you shouldn't road race in general, esspecially in a populated area, but it's all about having a little fun and being safe, and that's what matters. If he's quicker, then he's quicker, and that just gives you more motivation to start modding, haha.

yes your right, I was thinking 94-96 Camaro Z28 for some reason[sm=icon_beat.gif], but the VR4 still had AWD, and that is killer

Also the TT's have 4WD and they will kill any rear wheel drive off the line. Just something else to remember when racing one, U have to real them in
