Help installing grill delete kit

Help installing grill delete kit
Is there an easy way to gain access tothe bottom ofthe grill delete plastic where the sleaves for the screws go through the holesin the bumper shroudfrom the original grill?

My kit didn't come with those metal retainer rings. All my kit consisted of was the "U" shaped piece of plastic and a new horse. I put on a chin spoiler today also that also was lacking all of the hardware. I used bolts and nuts which I was going to do anyway instead of cheap plastic pins.
