strange squeaking from left rear of car
ok so this only happens when im not on the gas, only when im coasting in gear or out, mainly below 20 is when i notice it the most. the faster i go the faster it squeaks, almost like the wheel is rubbing on something, i checked and the tire seems to be free of any hangups. what could it be? mabye my brake pad hanging? or e-brake? could it be one of my bushings on my Lower control arm? they are pretty much brand new, so i hope thats not it. ive had them for a little over a month and a half now with no problems

My Friend had the same exact thing happen, it sounds like a rubbing noise but he found out it was his bushing were going out, so he bought new bushing and no more squeaks.

yea in order to grease my bushings i have to uninstall my control arm, an experience i will not go through ever again... is there any kind of penetrating lube that i can spray on them to try and lube them that way?

If they are aftermaket C/A's should have a grease fitting

ok so update, i went to a shop and they said it definately had nothing to do with my bushings, they said it was either brake related or bearing in my rear end related... do you think it could be coming from the rear end? i have had gear whine for a while and im afraid this is a sign that my rear end is about to explode
