i know to shop around its just that i cant really find many like this. im not gonna let them rape me, but i know they want to try. i mean ive seen dealerships asking almost as much for stock ones with more miles. i know mods dont add value, but i would pay a LITTLE more over a stock one for this one, just not something ridiculous. thing is i dont know what would be considered a good deal for this from the dealership.

I wouldn't even buy it, if you know Nitrous was run through. I would walk right away now.

I went to check out a stang at the dealership and was wondering what yall think a fair price would be for it. I went to check it out and it is in very good condition considering it has almost 50k on it. The interior wasnt worn at alland was clean, couldnt really find any scratches in the paint, and it just overall seemed to be well cared for. The only flaw was a small peice of tint that seems like it had been cut off on the rear window.The downside is that it has nitrous which i know was hooked up and ran through, although i dont believe it was very much and the tail lights are fugly. They state it was no more than a 100 shot, they think a 75 shot and that it was not ran through much at all. I know it has been tuned by some place local and i believe it had been taken care of well, but i dont know what its REALLY worth. Its got the wheels(FR500), lowered(very low),tinted, nitrous, a stiffer clutch, an exhaust(not sure which),and the mach 1000.
I know they will automatically drop $1000 off the price, but that still too much and i know they just want me to buy it.

Walk away. They're looking for some sucker to say "Woah its got NOS man!" and think that automatically makes it worth 18k. A nice interior doesnt mean that motor hasn't seen 6k rpm on the juice its entire life. I guarantee they know nothing about the car, especially ifthey don't even know what sizeshot was used.
That nitrous kit is worth what, $1000 new maybe? Where is the other 3 grand coming from? Not the wheels...

$12,500 max. If you have your heart set on it take it to a mechanic you trust and have him go over it . Cars that already have mods installed have probably at one time or another been run hard.
