Default $1000 budget

Ok my insurance cut me a check for the above. I need two bullit style wheels two tires and a cat back exaust or just good mufflers. Here is my problem, where can I find two identical bullit wheels in 17x9 instead of 17x8. for a good price with the same emblem and color as factory charcal grey bullit wheels. I am also trying to get 275/40/17 nitto 555r tires. also the reason i need the 9" rims. Would I still get a desent hp inprovement by just adding the new mufflers to exsisting pipe. please no assuming if any one has done this please let me know. (what kind, how much money, hp increases) thank you very much.

Why do you need 9" rims fors 275's? I was able to stuff 275's on my stock 8" Iroc-z rims before...

You could see a 3-4hp increase with just a muffler change...thats if you don't change the cats & that trash.

I don't know prices, but pretty much every aftermarket muffler will give you a HP increase, but it will be minimal with the stock cats & h-pipe.

i was wondering if you would see a increase if you used the stock pipes behind the cats and welded on some after market mufflers

Just roll with scratched rims, a shakey exhaust, and toss on some spray.

see what i wassaying about jeep having a one track mind favoring performance over anything else?well first, check ebay for the wheels. and to have a nice flowmaster cat back done by a shop won't cost much, its not worth it to keep the stock pipes, then go back and change later. more money. probably around $350 max. then just look look look for the wheels, im sure you can find them cheap.
