hey guys just got my 98 cobra, and was looking into getting a tuner of some kind, just wondering what you guys are running, how well it works, and the worth of it, i am not looking for an expensive unit, just something that will help me monitor/adjust the car as mods start going on it, thanks for the help

the livewire is an expensive unit and i didn't get it because i'd use the data features like once and then the novelty will wear off and be a waste of 200 extra bucks. stick with the diablo or xcal. i have an xcal2 and i can definitely tell a difference (note i have other mods too)

SCT is the best, I've had both. If you have the cash for the livewire then go with it.

I've got the predator and I am very happy with it and all the parameter I can adjust with it. I think between the SCT or Diablosport you should go with whichever your local dyno shop uses

def the diablosport tuner... well... that's the only ove I've had experience with, so I'm a lil bit biased lol.

Honestly, I would go with a SCT Xcal2... you can actually find them used pretty cheap because people are shelling out for the livewire... I picked mine up $150.00 and it wasn't married to a car.. so I just paid the $150.00 + tuning. Much better then 379.00 + tuning for a brand new xcal2/Diablo unit... and MUCH better then 600+Tuning for a livewire... lol
