synthetic 5-30 oil okay

Default synthetic 5-30 oil okay

is it okay to use 5-30,10-30 full synthetic in 4.6?

Read the manual. I wouldn't go any other way than what the manual says which would most likely be 5w-20.

I run 10W-30 synthetic year round here in Florida, it depends upon your ambient temperatures. Ford specs 5W-20 as an acceptable all-region weight to make sure they meet the EPA CAFE standards--IMHO it's too thin for consistently high (45°F to 110°F) climates. [/align][/align]When the engine gets up to 75k or so I'll probably switch to Valvoline Maxlife 20W-50, that's what I run in everything else and I have yet to have anything last less than 250k miles...[/align]

yeah u need to run the right oil for the temp or time of year, i run 10-30 in the summer and 5-30 in the winter here since it is such a difference in temp

Yes you can run 5-30 as its a general all around oil for any temps.
