Default Bad coil pack???

About a month ago my car started to stutter really bad at low rpms. I asked around andgot a bunch of "it could be this" answers. I figured I'd do some easy stuff to see if it fixed it, so I cleaned my IAC and MAF sensor. At the same time I replaced all my spark plugs with NGK Iridium ones. The only plug that even looked slighly bad was the 2nd one on the drivers side but they all looked pretty good. But, it fixed the problem and it ran like a dream. Well, it started again this past Friday and since I didn't know which one of the things fixed it, I did it all over again. This time I did the MAF and it was still doing it, then the IAC with the same result. Then I took out the 2nd and 3rd plugs on the drivers side and compared them....looked pretty similar, but I replaced #2 anyway and lo and behold she runs great. I'm SURE the spark plug wasn't the problem, so could it be a bad/going bad coil pack??? Any help would be great!! Thanks in advance.
