A couple of coats of a good epoxy paint will last for many years. Mine is just 10 yrs. old and barely starting to show some signs of wear and fade. Not as big as yours, 30x45 but it cost me about 300 bucks and a few hours of labor. I agree the tiles are nice, seen them at a few shows but even at $2 sq. ft. their expensive.

A couple of coats of a good epoxy paint will last for many years. Mine is just 10 yrs. old and barely starting to show some signs of wear and fade. Not as big as yours, 30x45 but it cost me about 300 bucks and a few hours of labor. I agree the tiles are nice, seen them at a few shows but even at $2 sq. ft. their expensive.

I can't imagine what a nightmare the plastic stuff would be to clean, unless you take it apart and clean it. Thanks, but I would rather spend 4K + on a new shortblock than a garage floor nobody will ever see lol.

+1, you can get the garage stuff at lowes with the little flakes in it really cheap, and just put it on yourself. Plus, when you spill oil on it you don't have to try to clean up the oil that falls down thru the cracks... cause it doesnt have any.

Looks OK,, but I wouldn't want to be using a welder or torch in that garage and what about one of those floor jacks with the little wheels? That kinda spot pressure is sure to crush the plastic
