What Do I need to beat 04 GTO

RE: What Do I need to beat 04 GTO
I beat a 6.0L GTO with nothing more than a tune, CAI, and flowmasters. If you can actually drive the car, it should be a close race because the GTO's have traction issues on stock tires. If it's an automatic GTO and you get beat, i wouldn't admit it
Around here (ATL) these are the times for stock GTO's:
5.7 Auto=14.50-14.70
5.7 Man=13.90-14.2
6.0 auto=14.0ish
6.0 man=13.7-13.90

I am kind of new to the whole newer car thing, so please bare with me. If you have cams, is it supposed to sound like how a harley sounds choppy. My isn't that bad by no means, but sitting at idle, it will shake the car a little bit. I notice the most on the gear shift shaking.

Yeah, it is a 2005. I am trying to figure out if my car has anything else done to it. Is there an easier way than trying to track done previous owners. How do you tell if it has cams. Does it shake or anything. I can be sitting still and it will shake a little bit while idle. I plan to do the tire rotation thing to see if it has gears. But besides that I do not know of anything else to check for.

Those times are WAY WAY off from what real life should be.
Face it guys, anyone 'wondering' how to beat a LS2 GTO obviously has neither the money, knowledge, or ability to be whooping up on one anytime soon.
I'm not bashing, I'm just facing the facts. LS2 GTO's under the best conditions go 12.9's stock. A poor driver, with a crappy launch should still go low to mid 13's, with a 13.5 being the MAX.
If you consider racing him from a ROLL. Forget it, 2V's need F/I + Supporting mods to run with that high of a HP car from a roll.
