yes, bend it more... when you install a supercharger, the directions say to use a pipe bender to bend that down so the inlet pipe fits...


that is one way to tell if someone is selling a car, and that pipe is bent down and the car is n/a... means they took it off and the motor had abuse... just a tip for car buyers..

DO NOT use a pipe bender..you dont want to kink the line or bend it to much..just enough to where its out of the way..

i didnt use one though because it didnt fit down there with everything in the way so i just bent it by hand

lol have u ever recieved instructions that were perfect....i know i havent lol...they just have to be like technical and no say take your hand and bend it..they are going to say use a tool.

nope, i have had to kinda customize everything here and there... they never said you need to relocate your IAT sensor from the maf... lol

for a cap, steal a shrader valve (the fat one on like a BMX bike.) cap offa bicycle.

A pipe bender gives it support on both sides of the piping so it doesnt kink.. bending it by hand usualy will kink something a lot faster than a bender of any type.

Either way.... as long as you dont kink it you should be fine.
