2000$, best mods / parts to put on for HP?
What mods for 2000 installed would give me the most HP? Also after I had them on how much HP would I have?
I have a 96 GT Convertible automatic completely stock except for magnapacks
I want to be able to burn people off the line and still have some kick when I get up to like 50 mph and punch it

Gears and a PI swap.
The PI swap is Heads and intake off of a 99+ GT, plus cams, but most people buy aftermarket cams to install, since you will have the heads off anyway.
Not sure exactly how much HP you will end up with, I know that will full boltons and this swap you can expect about 300-310 RWHP, which is about 350-360 HP.

Non-pi cars attain a higher compression ratio when you do a stock PI swap on them...they squeeze out a few more ponies.
With all the usual bolt-ons and PI swap, 300RWHP is attainable with a tune.

what would you say the estimated cost for PI heads W/Bullit intakea nd after market cams would cost? Installation included since I'm not the most mechanically inclined.

PI refers to performance improved. The PI heads of a 99+ GT contain the cams. When you do a "PI swap" you are relacing the heads and intake manifold of a 96-98 GT (non-PI heads).
