It doesn't look like any of these short throw shifters on american muscle. Im sure it's stock. So what does the short throw shifter installtion involve? Any adjustments?

It involves removing the stock shifter and bolting down the new one. I would go with either the MGW or Steeda Tri-Ax. With MGW the instructions were VERY clear and even provided detailed pictures and everything.

Keep in mind adding a short throw shifter will add more tranny noise (not noticable if you have a loud exhaust or your music on) and gives the shifter a very stiff feeling.

I ordered my MGW from them directly @ : http://www.mgwltd.com/mustang_shifter.shtml

Haha thanks for the shifter **** compliments.

It actually came with the car when I bought it. It belongs to a 2005-2007 GT shifter. No idea how the guy got it . I may be selling it actually. I just bought a whiteHurst Classic 8-Ball shifter **** that compliments my MGW handle. I did a little shifter boot mod to expose the sick looking MGW handle. I'll post pics later. BTW: your shifter is stock. Thats exactly how the stock one looks like.

YESSS!!! GO WITH MGW!!! They are hands-down the BEST short throw out there. I recommend getting CobraBob's shifter gaskets as well, to reduce vibration and noise. The install took me around 30-40 minutes of relaxed work in my front seat. It's definatley an awesome mod that totally changes the feel of your driving. DO IT!!!!
