Common degreaser will work good. If you ary trying to get them to gleam if they were previously polished, put some wheel cleaner on them and buff em up after you degrease.

I use the powerball on my wheels.

Well there gonna look like crap, becasue they only work on Foose wheels.

LOL, actually I use the powerball for the ease of it. For the best shine get simichrome polish (find it at motorcycle shops), it makes my aluminum wheels look like chrome!!! The lip really had a nice shine but you can't tell in the pic, just look at the face gleem.
