Default do your own clutch job?

Alright since I'm probably getting a new clutch this weekend.. I'm debating on wether or not I should do it myself or not.. So would u or would u not... and I got mac longtubes and someone told me that u gotta loosen them up and move em to drop the transmision

i installed my clutch myself. it wasnt very difficult...just more time consuming

im so glad i drive an auto lol..you guys with manuals always have to replace transmission parts. and even if you dont you guys have to worry about more stuff breaking.

The biggest PITA about it will be getting that thing high enough off the ground so you can work freely under it.

Yeah, how the hell can you get the car high enough without a lift to actually do some work?

My autoshop teacher has 8 lifts, but it would take a whole day to do it. My clutch isn't quite slipping YET. But I'm sure by this summer it will be. I'm already getting the "earthquake" shakedown at stoplights. LOL.
