RE: Port and Polish
You will get gains, but not the kind of gains that make it worth the money. Save up to forge the motors internals and get a blower, thats where the power is at. Also the Cam's you want N/A are not going to the be the cams you want once your supercharged, why do the job twice?

RE: Port and Polish
Ive researched alot of places and Steen Racing seems to be the best priced and offer the same competetive flow numbers and craftsmanship as Livernois or fox lake.
Theres alot of guys on other forums that are running their heads and have awesome results they run about 900 for a full port job noone really polishes our ports. But if you want to go larger valves and upgrade the reatiners and valve springs your looking at another 500 on top of that but its still only 1400 compared to the 2000 for a foxlake or livernois head. Like everyone else stated save your money i made 454rwhp with 13psi stock heads stock cams and stock exhaust on a 2v. For the money for heads your halfway to your blower, the heads are not even needed truely until around the 500rwhp mark that is opinion based but i see far too many people crack the 500 mark or come damn close to it without any modifications to their heads other than aftermarket cams. That also only stands for FI cars if you plan on being NA for a few years before the blower then jump on the heads and cams now . Hope i was able to help a little bit if not then goodluck.
