how wide are the 2000 gt wheels...the stock ones? are they 8 or 9 inch?

Yeah I think they are 8", they are 245s

8" would be correct. With the tire size of 245 . Thats the year car i just sold. A slight number of the Gt's of that year came with the basic 16" size rim that im sure was smaller. I dont see too many of them with that small rim though.

i think all gt's come with with 8". because i bought 17x9 bullitts for my 245 wheels and they stick out a little.

17x8, the after marker replacements for them are 17x9. You cab fit a max of 275/40 /17 on the 17x8
