when i mash the gas it pretty much stays the same speed like its hesitating i have to gear down for it to go faster

What gear are you inand what speed are you at when you mash the gas???

like if i am in 5th cruising about 60 i can mash the gas to the floor and the car will hesitate like its not getting air or fuel or somn. I have to gear down to 4th just for it to speed up.

These 99-04`s don`t have regular spark plug wires.

well if you mash the gas in a higher gear and it just sputters, it's misfiring. if you still have the original plugs, it might be a good time to replace them. if it's not the plugs, you may have a weak coil or two but i'm betting your problem is ignition related

what are you talking about?? to the guy having problems, check your distributor haha in all seriousness it sounds like a coil and/or plug is out, your fuel pump is going bye bye or your injector(s) are clogged
