Drop the pipe. It will not hurt to have one. I had to get one with my s/c setup and I know many mustangs that have also had to get them from being around the dyno.
Newbie...LISTEN...If you do a S/C...then yes a new MAF is needed. For N/A with full bolts, heads, cams, built bottom endand juice, a new, bigger, "better" MAF will NOT make the car run any better or more efficiently. When you are somewhat fast, come back and talk to me.

Sorry to not be a ****moderator****. I allready know all that, I have been around mustangs, I have been s/c and nitrous. I didnt say it was gonna make his car faster, its just an addition to the fuel system upgrade he wanted to know about. Im pretty sure your stuborn though.

Evidently you haven't learned much when you have been around Mustangs. Like I said, he can do what he wants. Just please don't come here giving bad info. All of your info was totally overkill with the exception of the SVT Focus fuel pump.
