60--used to race bikes, Triumph Spitfires, and class D gassers back when I was immortal...---------------------------Oh, 60k is hardly high mileage (it's only 15.5k away for me, that's another 4-5 months)--my '92 Miata has 185k with 120k of those sporting an M45 Eaton at 8-12 psi--the engine has never been apart and it doesn't burn a drop of oil; my dearly departed '90 had 325k/80k supercharged. If I can't get at least 150k out of this Ford V-8 then I'll probably never buy another American car...

I used to drive regular chevy push rod V8's. The Cobra is a totally different animal. It feels really wrong to rev her up past 6,000-6,200 RPM. Kinda like the first time I rode a sport-bike after owning my cruzer, 14,000 RPM blew my mind.

hell no! i beat the living sh*t out of my car in the hopes that something breaks and i can get a new one! but the damn thing won't die!!!!!! [:@]

lol. ok not quite to that extent but i do drive hard. it's an auto and i shift it manually through 1st and 2nd. my tires have a 420 treadwear so they hold up to my beating.

I drive kinda like a grandma most of the time, but every once in a while, "you just need to feed a little speed into your ride", its a quote from a movie, but i cant remember the name, but it is a very true statement.
