Default will these fit an '05

Hey guys I have a question. I get yes & no answers to this one. I have 17x10.5 wheels on 315 35 17 " tires on the rear of my 2002 GT. I am looking at a '05 GT and was wondering if those would fit on the '05. Thanks in advance.

The bolt pattern is the same, but americanmuscle shows the 05+ cars wheels having a different backspacing and offset.....

Just wondering...Is this a good deal? An '05 GT with 18,641 miles for $22,213. Been bugging me all night at work. I like the 05, but the 02, she's my baby

I would ask in the 05+ section, but I don't think the wheels are gonna fit.

Edit: its just me, but if you have a budget of 22K why not a mach 1? Or for a little more a 03/04 cobra?
